Refund policy

At Glassy Gifts, we strive to provide high-quality glass products to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in new, unused condition.

Please note that once a glass pipe has been used, it is not eligible for a refund or exchange. This is due to the personal nature of the product. 

To request a refund or exchange, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and issue a refund or exchange if the item meets our return criteria.
